Working with Dr. Gary Hoag has been deeply formative both personally and professionally. As Director of Ministry Advancement at IHS Global, a ministry focused on equipping believers around the world to confidently share their faith and be a witness in their everyday lives, I have been leading the effort to rebuild our Advancement Department from the ground up. This has included building and structuring the internal team, redefining roles, hiring key staff, and establishing the initiatives and processes needed to support long-term ministry growth. Gary's coaching has not only strengthened my strategy, but has also grounded my work more deeply in a biblical theology of generosity.

What sets Gary apart is his ability to connect spiritual formation with practical execution. During a season that required both vision and structure, his guidance helped me think more clearly about building a sustainable development model while staying rooted in the heart of the work. I have learned to approach fundraising not as a transactional activity, but as a discipleship journey, inviting others into what God is doing around the world. His teaching on growing givers has reshaped how I think about donor relationships, helping me prioritize long term transformation over short term results.

His daily meditations on generosity have also had a meaningful personal impact. They consistently reorient my heart and remind me that this work is ultimately about stewardship, obedience, and trust in God's provision. That foundation has translated directly into greater clarity, confidence, and intentionality in my leadership.

As a result, we are strengthening our donor engagement strategies, deepening relationships, and building a culture of generosity that extends beyond giving into true collaboration in ministry. I am incredibly grateful for Gary's investment, wisdom, and faithfulness, and I am confident the impact of his work will continue to multiply through leaders and organizations around the world.

In my role overseeing development and communications, my focus is on building the relationships, messaging, and resourcing that allow the ministry to grow and respond to increasing demand. This means helping connect partners to what God is doing through IHS Global and ensuring we have the structure in place to support ongoing multiplication. The photos reflect the outcome of that work — people being equipped, leaders being developed, and the ministry continuing to expand through local ownership and partnership.
