As I was reading, the idea of having God’s attention gripped me.
God sees everything. He’s watching me type these words right now. He loves me. He loves you. But, He’s looking for creative parters whom He can trust.
With such trustworthy people, He desires to collaborate.
The apostle Paul would likely say that such people are not just focused on themselves but focused on others with the mind of Christ.
Do you have God's attention? Are you His creative partner?
For most people, this statement holds no meaning. None. But for a few of us, it captures our reason for existence.
But how do we collaborate with the God of the universe?
The answer is simple, yet profound. We must have the mind of Christ. This is a fresh reminder to live the life of surrender.
Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything.
And with regard to giving, we must be people who give without regard who is looking. That implies, we live, give, serve, and love in sync with Christ.
I ask again. Do you have God's attention? Are you His creative partner?
